Lucas Wilson (CEO) BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. 8 years contracting experience specializing in commercial and residential remodeling, construction management systems, and design/build processes.
Chris Gerbino (Director of Business Development) Chris has a BA in Marketing & Logistics from John Carroll University and over 7 years of sales and managerial experience with a major coatings manufacturer. Previously the owner of Charlotte based Center City Painting, Chris specializes in providing customized coatings solutions and unparalleled customer service.
Brian Pedrin (Production Manager) Brian is a Michigan native and earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business from Western Michigan University in 1991. He also attained a second undergrad degree in Accounting and Forensic Accounting from Franklin University in 2010, and a master’s degree in Accounting from Franklin University in 2012. In addition to his excellent time management, organization and communication skills, his 20 years of experience in the construction industry make him a great addition to the team.
Christian Moon (Renovation Consultant) Christian is a native Charlottean, who graduated from Myers Park High School and Wofford College. Christian prides himself on serving customers in a manner that is over and above what is expected. Through over-communication and quick response times, Christian ensures the customer is always kept in the loop.
James Collins (Project Manager) growing up in Florida in a family of all construction workers, James learned early the value of hard work. While serving in the United State's Marine Corps James learned strict attention to detail, tact, and discipline, which serve him in every aspect of his life. With 10 years of property management and maintenance before entering back into the construction field, James has seen and dealt with first hand most of the day to day problems that residents inevitably run into. This has prepared him to deal with any problem that arises quickly and correctly with as few headaches for the customer as possible.
